Beginnings are hard. So is unemployment. But neither has to be faced alone.

We launched Eager to Work because something was missing: a space built for the people who are trying — every day — to find their next opportunity. Not just a job board. Not just another newsletter. But a real, community-powered hub that delivers fresh job leads, human-centered support, and a little hope exactly when it’s needed most.

1. Why this, why now

The job market has never felt more chaotic — hiring is inconsistent, layoffs are frequent, and support systems are stretched thin. But despite that, we believe two things are still true:

  • Great people are out there, eager to work.

  • Great jobs are out there, looking for the right person.

We started Eager to Work to close that gap faster. To give jobseekers a chance to be seen. And to give employers and supporters a meaningful way to help.
