1. Why this, why now
The job market has never felt more chaotic — hiring is inconsistent, layoffs are frequent, and support systems are stretched thin. But despite that, we believe two things are still true:
Great people are out there, eager to work.
Great jobs are out there, looking for the right person.
We started Eager to Work to close that gap faster. To give jobseekers a chance to be seen. And to give employers and supporters a meaningful way to help.
